The RAY Forget Me Knot dementia support group is a friendly welcoming safe space for those with dementia and their carers. The group meets every week on Fridays from 10.30-1pm and activities are arranged to meet the needs and interests of those that attend and include cooking, arts and crafts, singing and occasional outings to places of local interest using the RAY minibus. We welcome volunteer to help support the members that attend and would particularly like to recruit volunteers who are Welsh speaking.
